Lakeview and Carson Bay

Lakeview and Carson Bay are both private equity investments in distressed gas turbines. Barpal Services was a member of the management team which provided asset management and business development services. These services included inventory control, warehouse management, equipment preventative maintenance, and marketing and sales.

Lakeview: Procured three GE frame 7EA gas turbines in December 2005 and resold them in October 2006. The units were new and in storage.

Carson Bay: Procured four GE frame 7EA gas turbines in April 2007and resold them in July 2007. The units were procured and in storage.

Carson Bay II: Procured three GE frame 7FA gas turbines in December 2007 and resold them in March 2010. The units were new and in storage.

Carson Bay III: Currently owns two Brush generators model BDAX8-365ER, suitable for use with GE frame 7EA gas turbines. The units are new and in storage per OEM requirements.

Carson Bay IV: Currently owns two GE frame 7FA gas turbines. The units are new and in storage per OEM requirements.
